421 Developments is owned and operated by Dustin and Megan Smith. Dustin began his construction and development experience working with family as a teenager in the Austin area. Having learned everything he could about the construction industry, including working with heavy equipment, he started his own company knowing that he could bring more to the industry. He brings his passion for beautiful design and his desire for high quality work to every project. Dustin is down to earth, creative, and hardworking, encompassing a deep integrity with his work. He has built a strong and stable team to assist him and continues to grow and build his dream with his wife, Megan.

Megan grew up in the hill country working on the family ranch with her family tending to the animals and the land. As she grew up, she took on more responsibilities, learning how the family business worked. The family business experience along with various jobs that placed her in the role of an office manager, she gathered the skills necessary to run 421 Developments back-office operations. Megan has a keen business head and keeps the administrative side of the business in perfect order. She is efficient, organized and timely, adding the perfect equation to this already amazing team.
